1.Main Applications & Functions:
WAW-E Series Computerized Electro-hydraulic Servo Univeral Testign Machine are widely used for tensile, compression, bending and shearing test for metal materials and also can used for compression and bending test of non-metal materials, like cement and concrete materials. With special accessory, it can also be used for mechanical property test of fastener, bolts and nuts and components.
It adopts 4 columns with chrome plated and 2 leading screws, high stiffness, more stable.
Press button operated hydraulic tensile grips, easy operate.
It’s computer controlled servo hydraulic type, the piston goes up and high precision load cell directly measuring testing force, encoder measuring displacement and electric extensometer measuring specimen’s extension.
The machine is calibrated according to ISO 75001 and ASTM E4. It can do many different kinds of test according to international testing standards, like ISO6892, ISO7438, ASTM A370, ASTM E8 and BS EN standards.
2.Load frame structure:
1. Rigid four columns & two leading screws structure
2. Dual workspace design: Upper for tension, Lower for compression or bending tests
3. Movable lower crosshead providing exceptional ease of operation
4. Accurate force measurement through precision load cell
5. With open front hydraulic wedge grips for easy change of inserts and specimen loading.
6. Integrated displacement photoelectric encoder.
7. Cylinder mounted at the bottom of the machine.
8. Overload protection: When the testing load is over 5%-10% of Max. Load, the system will unload.
9. Stroke protection: When the ram arrives at the upper limited position, the motor of oil pump will stop.
